Matt Webb

Matt joined Transpower from Ausgrid in August 2024, where he was Head of Connections and Planning, Transmission Development and Growth, and a CIGRE APC1 member. He has extensive experience across the Australian electricity sector, with prior roles at Endeavour Energy, Networks NSW, and Meritec.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) (Honours) from the University of Wollongong and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (with Distinction) from the University of Technology Sydney. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia and an Honorary Professorial Fellow at the University of Wollongong.
