The Young Energy Professionals Network (YEPN) connects the next generation of Aotearoa New Zealand's energy workforce. Established by the BusinessNZ Energy Council in 2015, it provides opportunities to build industry connections, develop knowledge and skills, and learn from experienced sector leaders. Through events, mentoring, and networking, YEPN supports its members to contribute to the country's energy future. Membership is free and open to anyone with fewer than 15 years in the New Zealand energy sector.
